At DONNI., we want you to love your elevated essentials, but we understand if a piece isn't quite right. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
