We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How do I care for my DONNI. pieces?
To maintain the longevity of our signature fabrics, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions can also be found on the internal tag of each garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
